Lions and Valentines Terms and Conditions

We are a New Zealand-owned company, based in New Zealand, and all prices listed are in New Zealand dollars.

In the instance of a major weather event, we reserve the right to deliver fresh flowers as soon as possible outside of your selected delivery date, and no refunds will be given.

Lions and Valentines does not store or process any credit card information.

The following terms and conditions apply to the access and use of the Lions and Valentines website. By accessing and using this site, you are deemed to be in agreement with the following terms.

The contents of this website are the copyright of Lions and Valentines. You may view and print content off this site provided it is for your own personal, informational, non-commercial purposes.

While Lions and Valentines only provides the information on, or accessed through this site, on an "as is" basis, Lions and Valentines may change the content or services described on this site at any time without prior notice. Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value where a listed product is unavailable. When making substitutions, we do not contact the sender as this could delay the order from being delivered on the requested date.

Seasonal conditions affect the supply and quality of flowers. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In such cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral arrangement. Choosing the right flowers is an important and emotional statement, so we will pay close attention to design elements such as size, style, color, balance, and shape when a substitution is necessary. If we are out of a particular decorative element such as a vase, basket, or ceramic container, a similar one of equal or greater value will be used.

Flowers are sent fresh and may arrive tight in bud, which can look different from the photo on our website, which may show flowers in fuller bloom.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed, we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $10 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund if the flowers have already been made up and/or dispatched on courier.
