Shipping policy

It is your responsibility to ensure someone will be available to receive your order, as all deliveries are left at the premises, whether someone is there to receive them or not.

Orders must be received by the specified cut-off time to guarantee same-day delivery where available. For deliveries outside of the main areas, please contact us to confirm if same-day delivery is possible. Delivery times may vary, and couriers may deliver up to 7pm depending on their volume. Please note that smaller towns or rural areas may not have frequent courier runs as in larger cities.

If your order is received after the cut-off time for your desired delivery area, we reserve the right to send it on the next available service.

For very rural areas, delivery is often not possible on the same day. Orders may need to be boxed for transport and sent via an overnight service. If an address is too remote, a notification may be left for the recipient to collect from the nearest post location.

In the unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, re-delivery is not an option once the package has been sent out. Please double-check your delivery details. Flowers and gifts do not require a signature upon delivery and will be left at the designated address if no one is home, in a safe and discreet location as deemed appropriate by the delivery person. If access to the property is restricted due to gates or animals, the package may be left at the gate or returned to the sender. Additional delivery costs may apply in such cases and must be settled before re-delivery.

If an incorrect delivery charge is selected during checkout, we reserve the right to adjust the charge as necessary without prior confirmation. Rural deliveries may incur extra charges.

We do not offer a Sunday delivery service, except for specific occasions such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

Limited Saturday delivery is available upon request, and orders for Saturday must be placed by 3pm the previous day. Please call to confirm availability.

Deliveries to culturally sensitive locations, such as Marae, require someone to be available to receive the flowers at the entrance. Couriers are unable to enter such premises without permission.

For deliveries to churches or funeral homes, please include the name of the deceased to ensure proper delivery to the correct service. We recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure timely delivery.

We rely on the services of external courier companies to deliver orders on your behalf. Delivery times may vary, and we are unable to provide precise delivery times. Where possible, residential deliveries are made by 7pm and business addresses by 5pm, provided orders are received on time.

All out-of-town orders are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with soft packaging. The packages feature a clear cellophane top, ensuring the contents are visible to both customers and couriers. Flowers not arranged in a vase or floral foam are packed with wet tissue to maintain freshness during transportation.
